1. I can decline any commision.
2. Be respectful.
3. I do not make character sheets.
4. I do not draw non-humanoid creatures such as monsters/furries.
5. Do not provide AI references.
6. payment full upfront.
7. You have a week to respond to my messages otherwise I will cancel working on the work.
8. Revisions are possible in sketch phase only.9. I as the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
10. I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
11. Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
12. Commercial use is free as long as you credit me as the original artist.YOU MAY:
- print my work.
- post credited work of mine.DO NOT:
-claim my work as yours.
-Remove my watermark.
-paint over/alter my work.
-Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency and/or AI.REFUNDS
-Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted
-You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.
-I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE
